Purpose & Compatibility
This waterproof end cap set is designed specifically for 120V Flexible COB LED Neon Rope Lights (10x4.5mm). It ensures a secure, sealed connection that protects the rope light from moisture, making it ideal for indoor and outdoor installations.

Step 1: Apply Silicone Glue
Add a small amount of silicone glue inside the end cap to create a waterproof barrier. Spread the glue evenly to ensure complete coverage and optimal sealing performance.

Step 2: Insert the Rope Light
Carefully push the end of the COB neon rope light into the prepared end cap. Press firmly so the glue adheres fully and the cap fits snugly around the strip.

Step 3: Install Heat-Shrink Tube
Cut a section of heat-shrink tubing long enough to cover both the LED strip and end cap. Slide the tubing over the connection point to prepare for sealing.

Step 4: Heat & Seal the Connection
Using a heat gun, apply gentle and even heat until the tubing shrinks tightly around the connection. This forms a durable, waterproof seal that protects against moisture and dust.

Best Practices
Use high-quality silicone and heat-shrink tubing for the strongest waterproof finish. Allow the silicone glue to fully cure before exposing the end cap to water, and avoid excessive heat to prevent damage to the tubing or rope light.
