Free Shipping on Orders Over $99

All orders with a total value of $99 or more qualify for Free Shipping within the lower 48 United States. No delivery charges will be applied to eligible high-value orders.

Shipment Policy

At Luceray, we strive to provide fast and reliable service. Most orders are processed shortly after being placed.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.

  • Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days for express deliveries.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to your registered email address.

P.O. Box Policy

Orders shipped via UPS require a physical street address for accurate delivery. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box located at a local post office.

  • Orders entered with a P.O. Box address may be delayed.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if a physical address is not provided.

  • The customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred due to address issues.

Disclaimer

Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. Luceray is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier service interruptions.

Requests for replacement products or account credit for merchandise marked as “Delivered” but claimed as “Not Received” are subject to internal review and carrier investigation.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with incorrectly addressed or incomplete shipping information.
