Manufacturer Warranty
At Luceray, we stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our products. Most of our items include a 12 Months, or 24-Months manufacturer warranty. If a product becomes defective or damaged within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement, refund, or exchange.
To submit a warranty claim, please email us at info@luceray.com and include the following:
- Your order or reference number
- Clear photos and/or videos showing the defective or damaged item(s)
- The product model number (required if multiple items were ordered)
- A brief description of the issue and your preferred resolution
Shipping & Cancellation Policy
Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation.
Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $99
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
For orders under $99, shipping costs are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location. Shipping and handling charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day.
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on location.
Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered delivery days, even when selecting expedited shipping.
Once an order is in transit, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Address Requirements & Delivery Authorization
A physical street address is required for all shipments.
Orders placed with a P.O. Box address may incur additional fees and are not eligible for standard carrier delivery.
Lucery is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer. Once a package is shipped to the address provided, it cannot be rerouted.
A signature is required upon delivery.
If someone other than the purchaser signs for the package, Lucery is not responsible for the delivery outcome.
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unavailable recipient
- Locked or inaccessible premises
A second delivery attempt will be made, which may incur a delivery fee. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will hold the package for 5 business days for pickup.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships, including product details and real-time status updates.
Disclaimer
In the event of unforeseen circumstances—such as severe weather or natural disasters—Lucery may reschedule deliveries. You will be notified of any changes.
If a cancellation is requested due to a situation outside our control and the order cannot be delivered, a store credit will be issued following the completion of an internal investigation.
